Every single significant and meaningful accomplishment comes down to this trait and this one critical aspect...

You have not achieved everything you’ve always wanted in life comes down to these two simple factors:

  1. You do not have access to the right information aligned with your most desired life outcomes.

  2. You do have insufficient self-discipline required to execute on that information aligned to your most desired life outcomes.

That’s it.

Having the right information without self-discipline is like a mental hamster wheel disconnected from reality - you think there’s progress but really you have not physically improved your distance… even though you are exerting energy.

On the other hand, having sufficient self-discipline with the wrong information can lead you away from your most desired life outcomes [and you will have to make up for the misguided direction to return back to the starting part].

One without the other leads causes feelings of frustration as you’re left wondering why there’s zero progress towards the desired outcome.

But only you can put an end to this…

Imagine waking up up every morning with excitement knowing you have exactly what it takes to overcome any challenge.

You feel good every night before bed: ready to do it all over again because you know you have everything it takes to accomplish your goals so you can experience the life you’ve always wanted.

The days where you were full of self-doubt, constantly questioning your abilities, vanish as you now know deep down in your heart you can do it [and if nobody has done it before you will be the first] living with full of confidence.

I’m sure just reading the word brings back childhood traumas when you were forced to do a particular thing without understanding why you should nor see the immediate benefits.

In reality:

You started off with a bad first impression of self-discipline [during a time in your life where you were too naive to truly understand it’s meaning and value] and since then you’ve held onto a very outdated system of self-limiting beliefs that hold you back wether you are conscious of it or not...

Modern society has been developed in a way to satisfy every need you could ever have in a moment’s notice through the means of Instant Gratification.

Surely you’ve realized by now how easy it is to get distracted when your time is needed to focus else where.

And then you have temptations that appeal to your primal needs that overrides your logic and rational mind.

As you can probably tell by now the odds are stacked against you if you have weak self-discipline.

It’s extremely important to not beat yourself up: as long as you become proactive [instead of reacting to these factors not playing in your favor] you can take complete control and have new life experiences not dictated by the past.

You can continue down this path you are on or you can walk a different path that leads you to experience the life you’ve always dreamt of having.

The choice is yours to make.

Your Self-Discipline is right there for you to take full control [of this very moment] which determines your outcomes in the future.

Any life experience you could ever want is a byproduct of self-discipline x knowledge.

Examine your biggest roles models that have achieved the type of success you admire and respect.

Professional athletes that dedicate their entire life to accomplish one goal of becoming the best in their sport know that self-discipline comes with sacrifice and delayed gratification.

Delayed gratification: making countless short-term sacrifices in pursuit of a more meaningful long-term outcome.

Sustained ramping of dopaminergic activation helps individuals resist impulsivity and wait for a later but larger reward. This suggests that delayed gratification is linked to successful achievement.

When the goal is accomplished and their dreams actualizes into reality the individual becomes immortal, as their name will live on far when they are gone.

Would this individual not already possess the level of self-discipline required to become success in any area they pursue next?

Their unmatched focused and dedicated efforts are not limited to one domain, but it directly transferable to everything.

There are countless public figures that are on display that showcase the power of self-discipline and it’s life changing effects, yet billions fail to realize that one too possess this very superpower.

Their self-discipline may not be on the same level of those that have achieved such a high level of success, but the seed of self-discipline is there and planted within every single human being.

Like seeds, self-discipline has been planted [within each of us] and then requires consistent watering while being exposed to sunlight on a regular basis to grow and flourish into its fullest potential.

Without proactive actions, you would remain in a state of entropy then go on the decline.

Without improvement there would only be stagnation, and ultimately regression in a competitive landscape honed through survival of the fittest.

You have an ongoing streak of speaking English every day [unconscious competence] so you identify as an English speaker [actions supporting awareness].

To unlock your fullest potential, you must cultivate your self-discipline to its highest level, enabling you to achieve unconscious competence in the areas you seek to improve.

The beauty is that no matter your current stage of life you can still do it as it is never too late.

Sure, you may not become an olympic gold medalist [as those years are long gone to even qualify for your country’s olympic team], but you can still create a life of your own design by tapping into your self-discipline [by leveraging the resources and knowledge available to you].

If you do not feel confident in your own body due to unhealthy habits: without a doubt you can tap into self-discipline to get rid of detrimental use of your time quite literally overnight.

If you are tired of slaving away in the typical rat race: you absolutely can use self-discipline to live a life of complete freedom to work and live anywhere in the world for as long as you want.

If you aren’t excited when you are around specific people: and of course you can leverage self-discipline to become best friends with likeminded strangers who are too seeking others wanting to live a similar lifestyle.

All you need is access to the right information x tapping into your self-discipline potential to get the exact life outcome you want.

I’ve been living this way for well over ten years [and will continue doing so for the rest of my life] because of self-discipline and the unlimited amount of information accessible from anywhere in the world with an internet connection.

CULTIVATING LASTING HAPPINESS

When you constantly make progress in your overall health, wealth accumulation, and social life, it is extremely difficult to not be happy, as every major area of your life is providing you fulfillment.

Every second of your days is directly contributing to your overall life experience and life’s purpose.

You can remain in a Flow State where your experience/perception of time and reality feels slow and fast.

Self-discipline starts your day with a sense of purpose to do what needs to be done within your skills and abilities.

Self-discipline you become self-autonomous as you are the creator of your subjective reality through conscious decisions and actions.

Self-discipline you experience deep satisfaction providing you meaning enduring life’s challenges that you must overcome in order to achieve your desired life experiences.

Your actions directly influence the level of self-discipline that you possess now and into the future, regardless of past experiences.

With self-discipline you have complete control of your quality of life experiences from now and into the future.

Do not fall victim and become a slave to extremely short lived instant gratification and sacrifice your most desired life experiences because you lack self-discipline to focus on what you must do despite you feeling like it or not.
